Lazy Monkey Studio offers replacements without any cost if any of your orders are damaged. If your order/s comes in broken/damaged make sure to contact us through email at lazymonkeystudio.inquiries@gmail.com within 30 days of when you receive your order/s so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure to return everything that was in the box/package back to us, we will then cover the return cost. Lazy Monkey Studio will then contact you as soon as possible when we get a confirmation of the product being returned, we will then process your replacement as soon as possible and ship it to you as quickly and safely.

Lazy Monkey Studio offers a return and refund policy, however we can only that are faulty. This means we do not offer refunds due change of mind.

All orders will be shipped once processed within 7 days excluding preorders. Any delays in shippment or preorder arrival dates will be notified of new shipment/arrival date promptly.
